Terrence Suber

Terrence L. Suber Is the Vice President for the Eastern Region for the Kaleidoscope Group. Terrence is responsible for providing team leadership in the areas of new business development, client leadership, account management and value creation for clients in the Eastern half of the United States. He has over 20 years of people management experience and a proven track record in building, leading and developing “high performing diverse” sales and cross-functional customer account teams with P&L responsibility for National, Regional and Area customers across multiple industries and business segments.

Prior to joining the Kaleidoscope Group, Terrence held numerous People Leadership and Development positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Sales and Operations for the Western United States at Farmer Brothers Coffee Company. He was a Director of Area Sales for the Central Region Business Unit, Zone Director of Sales, Manager of Customer Management and Manager of Area Account Executives at The Cola Coca Company. While at Eli Lilly and Company he held positions as a District Sales Manager, Regional Human Resource Manager, Market Research Manager, Marketing Strategy and Brand Manager along with various Sales assignments. He has extensive experience in Leadership Training, Team Building, Sales Management and People Development, Marketing, Performance Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation and Managing through Organizational Change.

Terrence’s background in diversity began while working in corporate roles where he was selected to serve on multiple diversity task forces and advisory groups to senior, middle and front line managers. In these assignments he helped increase the education and awareness of the importance of valuing differences in the workplace in order to improve employee recruitment, retention and team productivity. He serves as a board member, chaplain and golf coach of a non-profit organization that partners with the Kid’s Golf Foundation, and teaches life skills and the fundamentals of golf to underprivileged youth. He is also actively involved in leadership training & development and the teaching ministry at his church.

Terrence holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of North Texas. He is married and the father of two daughters and in his spare time enjoys reading, teaching, golf, traveling and staying physically fit.
