Kasia Ganko-Rodriguez


Kasia Ganko-Rodriguez is a Consultant for The Kaleidoscope Group.  Kasia has extensive experience facilitating diversity and inclusion education sessions with leadership and individual contributors.  Her expertise also includes instructional design, training solution strategy and planning, project management, and organizational assessment consulting.  Leveraging her diversity and cross-cultural expertise, Kasia seeks to maximize business outcomes for The Kaleidoscope Group’s clients in the global market. In addition to her consulting and facilitation work, Kasia conducts research and writes articles for The Kaleidoscope Group on various diversity and inclusion topics.  She has also co-authored articles published in National Career Development Association and Career Voice International.

In 2005, Kasia moved to Chicago, Illinois from Warsaw, Poland, to work with Career Performance Strategies (CPS), an organizational training and consulting company. As part of her engagement with CPS, Kasia helped develop instructional design materials for programs on Emotional Intelligence, Project and Time Management, Team Building and Career Fit. Driven by her passion for diversity and inclusion, she joined The Kaleidoscope Group in 2006.

To date, some of Kasia’s clients include:  Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, Caterpillar, Nationwide Insurance, Molex, Unilever, Provena Health, T-Mobile, and Outward Bound.

Kasia holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Warsaw, the former in American Studies with a concentration in Cultural Studies and the latter in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has also completed four years of graduate study in Psychology of Intercultural Relations at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology. Prior to becoming a consultant, Kasia had instructed ESL courses to business audiences at two of the leading language schools in Warsaw – English First and Worldwide School. Kasia is fluent in English, Polish, and can converse in German.

Kasia is based in Chicago, Illinois where she lives with her husband, Adam and two doggies, Paco and Tacoosh. In her free time she enjoys cycling, world cinema, theatre and volunteer work.
